Yoga~Pilates Fusion utilises bands, balls, etc. with classic pilates and yoga poses in order to build strength alongside balance and flexibility.

Whether you’re a seasoned student or are brand new to the practice, our ALL levels classes will help you build strength and endurance, while simultaneously improving your posture, flexibility, and balance.
