Yoga for Beginners - class 2 of 8 wk course

Beginners Yoga is an introduction to the practice of Yoga, breath work, mindfulness and the asanas (postures). Each week builds a little bit more knowledge and aids in increasing well-being and flexibility. The practice of yoga asanas develops strength and flexibility, while soothing your nerves and calming your mind. The postures improve the muscles, joints and skin, and the whole body – glands, nerves, internal organs, bones, respiration and the brain. Our courses are designed so that upon completion, you are well equipped to join a regular class and continue developing your practice.
