Hatha Yoga combines stretching, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Yoga tones and strengthens the body, relieves stress and calms the mind.
Yoga 1 -Gentle Yoga is suited to beginners or those who enjoy a gentle practice that primarily focuses on anti rheumatic exercises and relaxation.
Yoga 2- is suited to general and beginners who wish to focus on the traditional postures whilst building strength.
General Yoga suitable for most people. An enjoyable, flowing class that embodies traditional yoga poses/asanas and ends with relaxation. At the end of the class you will feel like floating out of the studio.
Vinyasa is suitable for students who have progressed from Hatha Yoga 1 & 2 classes. A powerful flowing series synchronised with the breath - Fit beginners are welcome :)
All classes include breath and relalaxation exercises.

Prenatal Classes for pregnant Mum's to be are currently held on a Wednesday evening between 5-30pm and 6-30pm This is a series of gentle stretching and relaxation exercises aimed at assissting the body to build both core strength, and relax tight muscles. This helps the mother through the pregnancy and may assist through the birthing process.
Mums and Bubs A gentle yoga class specifically tailored to Mums with young babies-up until approx 18 ths old. This class is interactive between the Mums and Bubs, so you both get the benefit of practicing yoga and relaxing. A great way to build friendships and enjoy other Mum's company.
Kundalini yoga classes are scheduled throughout the year.
